They will quickly generate you a standardised report, with a few long tail search phrases they can virtually guarantee you they can achieve, at which point they send this proposal back to yourself and work the sale

SEO Programmer looks over the report, further analyse your website and adds in any comments where they feel the SEO can be improved.
